API Introduction

Sandbox is developed by developers for developers. We have therefore incorporated the following features to enable easy integration and deployment🚀!

Sandbox APIs:

  • are in unified REST format
  • use resource-oriented URLs
  • accept JSON-encoded request bodies
  • return JSON-encoded responses
  • use standard HTTP response codes, authentication, & error messages

REST CLIENTS

REST clients such as Postman or Insomnia allow you to make requests to the Sandbox REST APIs using a well-designed visual interface. The easiest way to start using the Sandbox API is by clicking the Run in Postman button above. Postman is a free tool that helps developers run and debug API requests and is the source of truth for this documentation.

Every endpoint you see documented here is readily available by running our Postman collection.

Test environment

You can generate credentials for the Test environment from API Dashboard. The Test environment enables simulated business activity and lets developers build, test, and monitor applications integrated with Sandbox. This Sandbox environment will provide mocked responses reflecting behavior in the production environment.

LIBRARIES AND SDKS

You can use a pre-built client to interact with Sandbox API v3.5.0 without having to make raw HTTP calls.

API STATUS

Available at Sandbox API Status, Sandbox API status reports uptime and incidents for our API environments.
