Sandbox generates different types of invoices based on your usage and billing model. Each invoice type provides a clear breakdown of charges and payments for specific services.
You can view and download invoices from your Console at any time.

Invoice types

Sandbox generates three types of invoices depending on your billing activity.

Subscription invoice
Generated when you pay for a subscription plan at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Once paid, your subscription becomes active and includes access to 200+ APIs, API keys, and monthly quota. No additional subscription charges apply during the billing period unless you upgrade or change your plan.Get a GST invoice

Wallet charges invoice
Generated for wallet usage on APIs that incur per-call charges. Customers add funds to the Sandbox Wallet using a payment gateway or bank transfer. Wallet charges are aggregated daily and deducted from your wallet balance. The invoice summarizes all billable API usage for the period.

Overdraft invoice
Generated when you exceed your monthly quota with overdraft enabled. Additional API calls beyond quota are charged at the per-call rate defined in your plan. At the end of each billing cycle, a separate invoice lists all overdraft usage and charges.

Managing invoices

All invoices are available in your Console under the billing section. You can download GST-compliant invoices for accounting and tax purposes.
