X-Accept-Cache header support added in KYC API

X-Accept-Cache header gives more control to API users over caching in Sandbox APIs. The following APIs now support this header:

• Bank Account Verification [Penny Drop]
• Bank Account Verification [Penny Less]
• Verify PAN Details
